It was in September 2023 that I first met Norma, at the luxurious rooftop restaurant at the prestigious Beverly Hilton hotel during the monthly Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce Business Networking Breakfast. She was dressed in fancy all-green, including opulent green contacts. She looked like a Beverly Hills movie star.
I quickly picked up her compassion for people as I saw the way she lovingly interacted with the other business owners. I witnessed her enjoyment of life (always laughing, I now call her “the laughing Realtor”); and I realized her advanced knowledge in Real Estate.
Norma is currently the CEO & Broker of Voelkel & Associates (a Real Estate firm); and the CEO & Broker of Pesifa Home Loans (a Mortgage company); both located in Beverly Hills, California.
Norma and I have become good friends and have produced some great videos and presentations on Real Estate in Beverly Hills.
